TINY TIGERS

AGES 4-6

Our Tiny Tigers program meets once a week for 45 minutes and is a great choice for giving your child a fun start in the martial arts. This program consists of a combination of karate, safety skills, coordination drills and games that set the foundation that will help in basic developmental and physical skills for your 4-6-year-old. Your child will begin to improve his/her self-confidence and self-esteem. Our highly trained instructors are very enthusiastic and motivated to help your child succeed.

YOUTH

AGES 7-12

Our Youth Program meets twice a week for one hour or once a week for one and one-half hours. More than any other sport or activity, the martial arts gives a child the mental and physical skills to succeed in everything they do. Our children’s program is challenging and fun while we encourage every child to strive to do their personal best. Students learn the importance of Black Belt Excellence, a metaphor for demonstrating strong character. In addition to PHYSICAL SKILLS, we teach LIFE SKILLS such as Discipline, Goal Setting, Confidence, Leadership and Respect. Students learn to set and achieve goals, while building self esteem in a fun, safe and educational atmosphere. Our instructors are role models that will help give your child the extra edge to succeed in life!

At Eastside Family Karate our teen class is a well-balanced start to martial arts. This class meets twice a week for one hour or once a week for one and one-half hours. ADULT ONLY CLASS

At Eastside Family Karate our adult class is a well-balanced start to martial arts. This class meets twice a week for one hour or once a week for one and one-half hours. Our traditional karate program will help you take control of your body and mind. This Program teaches important values such as Confidence, Self Defense, Goal Setting and Physical Fitness. In addition to flexibility, learning to defend themselves and the pride of achieving goals, Eastside Family Karate is the perfect starting point for any person wanting to achieve their very best!
